The Long View
Sometimes in the work of family building, I forgot about the long view. My husband Lloyd is great at asking questions that help me think more broadly. This one got my attention!
Q: If your life turned out great, how would you know? What would the components be?
If my life turned out great, how would I know? What would the components be? Tough question…. not “what would I be doing” but “how would I know?”
I love how God makes us all different! I wouldn’t expect any two answers to look the same. On your phone, make a note and over the next week, jot down your answers for your life. Ask your husband what his would be~ there’s a great day-night discussion!
